Crazy Time of the Year

Did you know that the months after the holidays is the time when most dogs are abandoned? What is that you ask? Well, people give dogs, and other pets, as gifts and then the people who get the new pet decided "they don't have the time", "it's too expensive", "the animal is not trained".

Right now, we are extremely swamped with rehoming pets. We love to help as many dogs as we possibly can. However, this time of year is not only when people are dumping their gifts, there are also dogs who have been abandoned and left out in the cold, harsh, bone chilling weather. Those are the dogs who we must save first because they have absolutely no where else to go.

We love helping ALL the dogs. After all, we actually believe they can all be saved. Please remember that pets are not gifts. When someone gets a pet, it must be their decision.
